We do not offer returns on services provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address them to your satisfaction.
Refunds will be provided in cases where services are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or if the service cannot be delivered as promised. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to review by management.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit, depending on the circumstances.
